Background To Lawsuit In December, 2005, Kubota Issued A Cease And Desist Letter To Daedong, Alleging　infringement By Certain Daedong-manufactured Tractors Of Kubota’s Korean Patent No.51111 Relating To Horizontal Control Of An Operating Vehicle, But Daedong Subsequently Continued The Manufacture And Sale Of The Subject Tractors. Although A Further Cease And Desist Warning Was Issued On August 25,2006, No Resolution Was Reached And The Lawsuit Was Initiated.
